How to Raise a Complaint

A friendly provider talking with a homeowner beside a septic tank access lid in a Warrior backyard

Something went wrong? Please tell us. Specialreceiving Septic wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Specialreceiving Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Specialreceiving Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@specialreceiving.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
