About Specialreceiving Septic, a Referral Service

Request an estimate

A friendly provider talking with a homeowner beside a septic tank access lid in a Warrior backyard

Who are we, exactly?

Specialreceiving Septic is a referral service for homeowners. When a septic or sewer problem shows up, many people ask the same thing: who do I call? We help answer that. We connect you with independent local providers in the Warrior area.

Why does this exist?

Searching for help while stressed is hard. Tabs pile up. Ads blur together. We built this site to cut down the searching, so you can reach a provider while the problem is still small.

How does the matching work?

You call or send a request. You tell us what is going on and where you live. We pass that along to an independent provider in the network who serves your area.

From there, you talk with the provider directly. You can ask questions, get a written quote and compare it with others. Compare, then decide.

What do we ask of providers?

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We expect them to:

  • Explain the problem and the options in plain language
  • Give a clear written quote before work starts
  • Respect your decision, even if you say no
  • Handle any permits or paperwork that their work requires
  • Describe their availability honestly, without overpromising

What we do not do

This part matters, so here it is plainly.

  • We do not pump tanks, fix pipes or repair drainfields. Providers do.
  • We do not set prices. Each provider sets their own.
  • We do not promise a response time. Availability varies by provider.
  • We do not decide for you. You choose who to hire, or no one at all.

How is the service paid for?

Providers in the network may pay a referral fee when a homeowner is connected with them. You are never obligated to hire anyone. Because of that, we encourage you to ask questions before you hire and weigh more than one estimate.

Typical U.S. costs for septic and sewer work vary a lot from job to job. A written quote is the clearest way to see what a specific job would involve.

What kinds of problems can a provider help with?

The network covers three areas: septic tank pumping, sewer line repair and septic system repair, including drainfield repair. If you have a water well too, ask whether the provider offers water well service or can suggest someone who does.
